COSBI LAB V1.3 Software
Download, access to and use of COSBI LAB applications is subject to the terms and conditions of a written license agreement (the "Agreement") previously signed and executed between The Microsoft Research - University of Trento Centre for Computational and Systems Biology (COSBI) and you. After signing the Agreement you were provided with credentials to access the software download. By downloading, accessing, or using COSBI LAB applications, you are agreeing to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreement and you understand and acknowledge that you may not download, access, or use COSBI LAB applications except as authorized under that agreement. COSBI LAB V1.3.1 RELEASE (6 SEP 2012)
This release is a major update to COSBI LAB v1.1.0 Stable Release (Nov 2011). This version includes improved usability features and enhancements requested by internal users for the tabular, narrative based modeling tool (Model) and integrated simulation engine (Simulation Wizard) as well as the companion tools for analysis of simulation results (Plot, Plot Matrix). This release also contains a complete set of user materials, product information and many fixes to open issues (In this version HPC and Cloud Services are disabled).
This release also includes an updated development version of the companion tool to analyze networks (Graph) allowing modelers to import simulation results generated from COSBI LAB retaining the same naming conventions and filtering of BlenX synthetic reactions. Please note that this version may not be stable, especially with large networks.
This release includes the automatic uninstall of the previous COSBI LAB v1.3.0. Models created with earlier versions are backward compatible but may need updated in order to run simulations as major new features have been added.
