Graph constructs, visualizes and modifies

MAIN FEATURES

The COSBI LAB suite includes a new version of Graph for creating and managing directed and undirected networks including the following features:

  • Import data from COSBI LAB and BlenX program files.

  • Apply algorithms to networks to compute characteristics including Cycles Algorithm, Dominator Algorithm and Niche Algorithm.

  • Import data from COSBI LAB Model program files retaining the same naming conventions and filtering of BlenX synthetic reactions.

  • Import from SBML and BIOPAX2 formats.

  • Data manipulation features to manage large networks.
