From 22 to 23 July 2026, Luca Marchetti, consultant at Fondazione COSBI, will participate in mRNA Conference Europe 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany, where he will present the latest advances in computational approaches for mRNA therapeutic development.

His presentation, “Accelerating mRNA Therapeutic Development and Optimisation Through Predictive Mechanistic Modelling,” will illustrate how artificial intelligence, mechanistic modelling, and Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) can be integrated to support the design and optimization of next-generation mRNA therapeutics.

The work results from the collaboration between the Laboratory of Computational Modeling at CIBIOUniversity of Trento and Fondazione COSBI, combining expertise in computational biology, systems pharmacology, and predictive modelling to improve the efficiency of mRNA drug development.

As mRNA technologies continue to expand beyond vaccines into a growing range of therapeutic applications, computational models are becoming increasingly important for understanding complex biological processes, supporting decision-making, and accelerating the translation of new therapies from research to the clinic.

We wish Luca a successful presentation and an inspiring conference, and look forward to the scientific discussions that will emerge from this international event.
