Not only one day a year, but 366 days in 2024
COSBI is on it’s way to get the “Gender equality certification”, a system finalized in 2022 by the European Commission and enhanced by the Italian Government.
The measure aims to ensure greater participation of women in the labour market and promote transparency to improve women’s working conditions through the implementation and enforcement of a national gender equality certification system. The certification is released to companies upon the respect of defined standards in terms of growth opportunities for women and maternity but also for men and paternity protection, to which some little incentives are attached.
