COSBI took part in the workshop “Innovation Without Borders: Integrating Research, Clinics, and Industry for the Future of Regenerative Medicine”, an event dedicated to fostering dialogue and collaboration across disciplines to advance the field of regenerative medicine.
The workshop was organized by the Life4Hub Consortium, with the support of HIT – Hub Innovazione Trentino, coordinated by Cristina Ress, and brought together researchers, clinicians, industry representatives, and innovation stakeholders to discuss emerging challenges, opportunities, and translational strategies in regenerative medicine.
As part of the program, Federico Reali, Group Leader at COSBI and expert in Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP), participated in the round table discussion “Translational Pathways for Regenerative Medicine: A Cross-Sector Dialogue.” During the discussion, he contributed COSBI’s perspective on the role of computational and mechanistic modeling in supporting the translation of scientific research into clinical and industrial applications, highlighting how quantitative approaches can help bridge preclinical findings and real-world implementation.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen connections between academia, healthcare, and industry, reinforcing the importance of integrated and multidisciplinary approaches to innovation in regenerative medicine.
COSBI is pleased to have contributed to this cross-sector dialogue and to continue supporting collaborative initiatives that advance translational research and healthcare innovation.
