On this occasion, Matteo Buffa from Seaconsulenze delivered a dedicated Gender Equality training session to the COSBI team. The session offered valuable insights into gender dynamics in professional environments and highlighted the importance of recognizing, understanding, and addressing all forms of discrimination.
