COSBI in Torino on February 2026
On February 9–11, 2026, COSBI PhD student Elio Campanile attended the workshop From Micro to Macro in Mathematical Biology, hosted by the Department of Mathematical Sciences “G. L. Lagrange” at the Politecnico di Torino.
The meeting brought together researchers from across Europe to explore recent advances in multiscale modeling, analytical methods, and numerical approaches for the study of complex biological systems, ranging from collective cell behavior to disease dynamics.
Participation in scientific workshops such as this represents an important opportunity to engage with the mathematical biology community, fostering both individual growth and interdisciplinary collaboration in the study of biological complexity.
