Luca Marchetti delivered an oral presentation at the RNA Vaccines and Therapeutics Conference held in London — an event that gathered leading scientists, clinicians, and industry experts to discuss the future of mRNA-based therapies.
The conference provided a great opportunity to share the latest results on COSBI’s modeling platforms for mRNA vaccines and therapeutics, developed in collaboration with the University of Trento (CIBIO) and supported by the Wellcome Leap R3 program.
These models aim to advance our understanding of mRNA pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, contributing to the design of safer and more effective RNA-based treatments.
Luca was joined at the event by Elisa Pettinà, PhD student at UniTrento and COSBI, who participated in the discussions and presentations.
“It was a wonderful experience to share our work and exchange ideas with leading experts in the field,” said Luca Marchetti. “The enthusiasm and quality of the discussions confirm how modeling can play a key role in shaping the future of mRNA therapeutics.”
COSBI congratulates Luca and Elisa for their contribution to this international event and for representing our ongoing commitment to computational biology and model-informed drug development.
