At COSBI, professional development extends beyond core scientific activities, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning and interdisciplinary growth.
Recently, members of the COSBI team — including Lorena Leonardelli — took part in a series of training courses organized by Accademia d’Impresa (Camera di Commercio di Trento) and taught by Eva Micheli. These courses covered topics such as International Marketing, Digital Export, and the strategic use of trade fairs.
These initiatives, supported by the center and followed during working hours, reflect COSBI’s commitment to fostering an environment where individuals are encouraged to explore areas beyond their primary expertise. This approach enables team members to broaden their skill sets, develop new perspectives, and strengthen the connection between scientific research and its broader impact.
Promoting opportunities for learning across different domains is an integral part of supporting both individual growth and the development of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
