What we do
Model-driven data integration
COSBI applies highly integrated multilayer knowledge-base bioinformatics and computational biology methods enabling to characterize the relationship between different biological levels and omics data, as well as identify relationships between different components of a system.
We developed computational frameworks based on network analysis that allow the identification of drug repurposing candidates by integrating literature findings, genome-wide association data, gene and protein expression networks at single cell resolution, disease and drug transcriptomic signatures.
